Sales Policy:
We are the Authorized dealer for all the lines we sell.
All new equipment we sell comes with the full manufacturers warranty.
Any item deemed Defective must be repaired or replaced per that
Manufactures Warranty Policy.
Positively no returns on electrical parts.
No returns on special orders.
Special orders have to be paid in full at time of order.
Once paid for special orders cannot be cancelled.
No refund will be given of cancelled special orders.
All used sales are as is, no returns on used equipment.
No returns on equipment damaged in shipping. If you recieve an item
with shipping damage
make sure it is noted on the bill of lading before you sign for it and
file a claim with the shipping
company .Buyer is responsible for checking for shipping damage. Do not
sign for merchandice
before checking for damage.
Buyer is responsible for arranging for and paying for freight on
returns.
Buyer is responsible for paying shipping company for returns. New Haven
Power Equipment does not arrange or
pay for returns.
Returns have to be in original packaging and unused . New Haven Power
Equipment does not accept returns
that have been used.
All freight costs either to or from buyer are the responsibility of the
buyer.
35% restock fee on parts and free locally delivered equipment.
10% restock fee on unused shipped equipment in original packaging that
has been returned prepaid
any return on equipment that has been refused by buyer at delivery is
subject to a 35% restocking fee
plus shipping charges incurred to and from buyer.
No returns on equipment that has been used or has been sent back with
unpaid shipping. All Returns must be made within 20 days of receiving
order
