New Haven Power Equipment reserves the right to make changes in pricing and specifications without notice.
If and Item says it is "In Stock" that means it is an item that we normally
attempt to stock. But does not guaranty the said item is available at all times as we
can temporarily run out. Our system is not live and our website can be many days off from
current stock levels.  If there is any question as to whether any item is in stock
please call first to verify what you are looking for is indeed available before you travel
to our store to purchase it.

All new equipment we sell comes with the full manufacturers warranty.
Any item deemed Defective must be repaired or
replaced per that Manufactures Warranty Policy.
Positively no returns on electrical parts.
No returns on special orders.
Special orders have to be paid in full at time of order.
Once paid for special orders cannot be cancelled.
No refund will be given of cancelled special orders.
All used sales are as is, no returns on used equipment.
No returns on equipment damaged in shipping.
If you recieve an item with shipping damage
make sure it is noted on the bill of lading before you sign for it
 and file a claim with the shipping company .
Buyer is responsible for checking for shipping damage.
 Do not sign for merchandice before checking for damage.
Buyer is responsible for arranging for and paying for freight on returns.
Buyer is responsible for paying shipping company for returns.
New Haven Power Equipment does not arrange or pay for returns.
Returns have to be in original packaging and unused .
New Haven Power Equipment does not accept returns that have been used.
All freight costs either to or from buyer are the responsibility of the buyer.
35% restock fee on parts and free locally delivered equipment.
Local Returns have to made within 5 days.
Internet Returns Have to made within 20 days
10% restock fee on unused shipped equipment in
original packaging that has been returned prepaid
any return on equipment that has been refused
by buyer at delivery is subject to a 35% restocking fee
plus shipping charges incurred to and from buyer.
No returns on equipment that has been used
 or has been sent back with unpaid shipping.

Local Delivery and Payment Policy
For Those folks who live in the greater Burlington VT - Rutland Vt
& Ticonderoga NY area we offer many items Set up, Prepped and
Delivered for Free..... For those items receiving Free Delivery
we accept only Cash, Cashiers Check, or a Local VT state check
we do not accept out of state checks on any purchases
If opting to pay by credit card we do Not deliver for Free
but you can still pick up the product at our store
Set up and Prepped free of charge, paying by credit card
at time of pick up

Truck Shipments

Truck freight companies DO NOT require their drivers to unload shipments. Please make arrangements to have extra help on hand in these circumstances. If the shipping company needs to make special arrangements to unload merchandise for customers (such as special lift-gate truck delivery or extra delivery personnel) it is the responsibility of the customer to reimburse the trucking company for these charges. New Haven Power Equipment  will not be responsible for any such additional charges.

Some municipalities and some delivery areas prohibit truck freight delivery in residential areas. In these circumstances, customers may have to arrange picking items up at the local trucking distribution center. New Haven Power Equipment  will not reimburse customers for any such expenses.

Please inspect the product carefully and thoroughly BEFORE signing the shipping receipt. Shipping damage is covered by the truck freight company and not by New Haven Power Equipment . Your signature on the receipt is your acceptance of the merchandise in good condition.

ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES of truck freight shipments must be completely arranged by the customer with a local trucking carrier. New Haven Power Equipment cannot be responsible for arranging pick-up of truck freight returns.
